Ranger

Ranger is an awesome 3-year-old kitty, white with tabby patches; loves to be petted and scratched and will sleep next to you, or at the foot of the bed.   He is very active, and enjoys playing with catnip toys, balls, and other furry cat toys.  He is a great hunter, no mouse or bug is safe from his sharp eyes !  He is great about sleeping during the night.

He is feisty, and may spring a surprise attack on your ankle or hand. Ranger is very food motivated !  He will search out the most hidden of food.  He will have that unsecured cabinet open in a blink of an eye, and the only thing you will see is his tail and the loaf of bread dragging on the ground, between his legs, as he dashes off with is prize!

Ranger has been micro-chipped and the Rabies shot is current.  He has no health issues. He would be best suited as a single kitty.  He has been exposed to dogs, and just requires a careful introduction.

Asking for vet references and a rehoming fee of $50.

Motor

Motor is an awesome 7-year-old solid black kitty, loves to be petted, sleep next to you, and purrs easily.  He is a long cat, lean at 12 lbs, so an extra large litter pan will be necessary.

He is active, and enjoys playing with catnip toys, balls, and other furry cat toys.  He is a great hunter, no mouse or bug is safe from his sharp eyes !  He is great about sleeping during the night.  He has not been exposed to kids, but should do well with supervision, to make sure Motor isn't harmed by rough play.  He would do well with other calm kitties and dogs, with proper introduction. Motor can be adopted with Diva or on his own.

Motor has been micro-chipped and the Rabies shot is current. He has no health issues, other than a history of bladder cysts, real common with male cats, and has been corrected with his diet.

Asking for vet references and a rehoming fee of $50.

Diva

Diva is a 3.5 year old beautiful long-haired Torti, and is aptly named. Think of her as a dark Calico, with all the good and bad personality traits.  She needs an experienced cat owner. Diva has been micro-chipped and the Rabies shot is current. She has no known health issues.

She is active, especially at night, toys will be all over the place !  She is not fond of being held, but loves to lay next to you for pets, scratches or being brushed!  She loves napping under the covers and catnip, and playing with belled balls and fuzzy toys.  Toss a hard ball into the dry bathtub and she will entertain herself for several minutes.  She is not shy, and will move back the shower curtain to check on how much longer you need to be in there.  She is a great hunter, no mouse or bug is safe from her sharp eyes !  She is a screamer when she is angry, or being harassed by one of her housemates.

Diva can be adopted with Motor or on her own. She would do well with other calm kitties and dogs, with proper introduction.

Asking for vet references and a rehoming fee of $100.

Finnley

Male - 4 years old - 15 lbs - Orange & white domestic medium hair - Neutered - Microchipped - Vaccinated - Has all claws - Litter box trained - Indoor cat only

Finnley is a sweetheart with a huge personality. He loves to be pet and will lay next to you on the couch or lay in your lap. He used to sleep in our bed every night next to me. He wants lots of attention and cuddles. He’s very energetic, still plays with toys and still gets the zoomies. He loves to lay on my computer desk while I work from home. He stands on his back legs for treats. He’s very talkative and he will be your best friend. He’s mostly orange with the cutest white chest, white “mittens” on all paws and a white tip on his tail.

Finnley no longer gets along with the other cat he lives with, so he’s looking for a new home where he can be the only cat! He has never been around dogs or small children.

Bones

Bones is a 5y/o fixed male cat. He is a domestic shorthair tabby with no health issues, no dietary issues, and no litter box issues. He is good with most cats and kids. It is unknown how he does with dogs because he hasn’t been around any.

Bones starts off as a very shy cat, especially to unknown people, but after he gets to know you he is the most sweetest baby. He likes to be up on your shoulder nuzzling into you. He likes to play with little toys and laser toys. He’s a little baby that follows you around. He loves attention after he knows you. He’s been strictly indoor from 8 weeks to now.

Sarah

Sarah is very sweet and affectionate. She likes to sleep with people. She’s not afraid of my dog and she doesn’t hiss at my dog so she might be fine in a home with a dog. Sarah would be best in a single cat home.

Midnight & Grimm

Midnight and Grimm are really sweet, loving neutered 3-year-old male cats. They are shy to new people, but they love treats and canned food, so just need a little time to warm up. They love cat nip as well. They are good with little dogs and they are good with kids.

Mushie (AKA Mushroom)

My name is Mushie (short for Mushroom)! I am approximately 3 years old. I love sitting on people’s laps, chin scratches and playing! I think anything can be a toy! My owner is no longer able to care for me, so I need a new home. I have to be an only kitty because I don’t like other cats or dogs. I can be kind of anxious and easily overstimulated, but with the right amount of enrichment/playtime I am happy! I am up to date on my vaccines and tested negative for FeLV, FIV, and HW. I am a healthy young floofy girl who needs plenty of lovin! I had some teeth removed due to resorptive lesions, so I may need dental work in the future. I may also have low-grade asthma; I have a mild cough occasionally but otherwise I am a happy girl!

Stokes

Stokes is a chatty, expressive cat who loves to play. He sticks close to his chosen person, making him a wonderful constant companion. He enjoys being pet and held when he's in the right mood, though he's usually more of a wrestler than a cuddler.

He's never aggressive, but when he gets excited, he might play a bit too rough for small children. He can also be anxious and spooks easily, so Stokes needs a peaceful environment and a caretaker who will help him feel safe. He’d probably love having another cat to play with!

Stokes is smart and food-motivated, which is a great basis for learning tricks. If you have a treat, he'll sit and take it from your hand like a little gentleman!

Stokes was previously adopted by an elderly couple who, unfortunately, recently passed away. Now he's looking for a new home with people who can give him the love, patience, and play time that he needs.

Obi

Obi is looking for a new home. He a sweet 8 year old cat who is great with children and has lived with a dog before. His perfect home would include one with access to a yard. He enjoys being petted and loves people.

Ben & Jerry

Meet Ben & Jerry! These former outdoorsmen now enjoy the luxuries of indoor living. They are two peas in a pod who love to snuggle and play together and will do just about anything for a snack. They love sitting on shoes, chasing wand toys, rolling in catnip, and running around at night. During the day you can usually find them sleeping in their beds or lounging by the window. They are very low maintenance on a day-to-day basis, independent, and don’t seem to mind when I am traveling (which is super often, and I have a great pet sitter who I’d highly recommend!).

Ben – He has urinary issues that have been well managed by being on prescription food. This does have to be monitored, but we have not had any issues since initial diagnosis! He also has Feline Leukemia (FeLV) that is currently in a regressive state and has not exhibited any symptoms from this while I have had him (This website explains more about the virus and the regressive stage!).

Jerry – He also has urinary issues that have been well managed on prescription food, he has never exhibited symptoms. He does not have FeLV at this time.

Their future adopter can have all their things! They also have Embrace Pet Insurance that can be transferred to the new owner!

Rascal

Rascal is a lovable, sweet, and affectionate 11 year old cat. He is a native New Yorker! He would do best in a home without any dogs and would like to be put on a diet.

Dr. Fluffington

Dr. Fluffington is a 9 year old muted tortie with a Ph.D. in Cat Psychology. Her hobbies include playing fetch, wand toys, looking out the window from her cat tree, and sleeping at the foot of the bed. She has a sassy personality but with some patience from an experienced cat owner, she'll follow you around everywhere. We are reluctantly re-homing her due to her having challenges with our two young children. Dr. Fluffington would be happiest in a small home with 1-2 adults, no children, and no other pets.
